Samar Zeki BSc, MSc is a qualified structural engineer specialising in building structures. Samar opened her own practice in 2003 in Devon after working for various consulting engineering firms in London and the south east.

She is now based in Maidstone and undertakes projects throughout Kent, including Maidstone, Ashford, Cranbrook, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sittingbourne and the Medway towns – Gillingham, Rochester, Chatham and Strood. She also spends part of her time in Devon and continues to undertake work there.

She offers:

• A fast and efficient service from design to building control approval with site visits where necessary.
  
• Proficiency in designing in all structural materials such as timber, steel, concrete and glass to British Standards Codes of Practice
  
• Technical advice and design consultancy on all aspects of loft conversions, extensions, alterations and new-build structures.
  
• Wide experience in renovating old buildings and designing barn conversions.
